Cookie Policy

How Sipp uses cookies, local storage, analytics, appearance preferences, and browser model cache.

Last updated: June 17, 2026

Overview

This Cookie Policy explains how Sipp uses cookies and similar browser technologies. The current site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

We use limited browser storage for consent preferences, appearance preferences, and for the optional local AI demo. Optional analytics is disabled unless you accept it.

Consent Choices

When you save cookie choices, we store a small local storage value named sipp-cookie-consent. It records whether optional analytics is allowed and prevents the consent banner from reappearing on every page view.

When you change appearance settings, we store first-party cookies named sipp-theme and sipp-saturation. They remember light or dark mode and full or low color saturation.

These values are necessary for compliance and site preference management. They are not used to track you across websites. You can change or withdraw analytics consent through the Cookie Preferences link in the footer or the floating Settings button.

Categories

  • Necessary: always enabled. Used to remember your consent choice, appearance preferences, and keep the site functioning.
  • Analytics: optional. Used only if you accept analytics or enable it in Cookie Preferences.

Analytics

If you accept optional analytics, we use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page-view analytics. Vercel Web Analytics is cookieless and does not place third-party analytics cookies in your browser.

Analytics may include page URL, referrer, timestamp, rough location, device type, browser, and operating system. We use this information to understand how the site performs and which pages are useful.

Local Demo Storage

The browser demo may cache runtime assets and model files after you choose to start it. This can include large model files stored by your browser so the demo can load faster on later visits.

The demo cache is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can remove it by clearing site data for this website in your browser settings.

Managing Storage

  • Use the floating Settings button or Cookie Preferences link in the footer to change appearance settings, accept analytics, reject optional analytics, or save custom choices.
  • Use your browser settings to delete cookies and site data for this website.
  • Use private browsing if you do not want the consent preference or model cache to persist after the session.
  • Use browser extensions or network controls if you want to block analytics requests.

Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy if the site adds new cookies, analytics tools, or browser storage behavior. The updated date on this page shows when this policy was last revised.
