Terms of Service

Terms for using the Sipp website, documentation, browser demo, commercial waitlist, and contact form.

Last updated: June 19, 2026

Acceptance

By accessing the Sipp website, documentation, demo, commercial waitlist, or contact form, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Website And Documentation

Sipp is built by Noumena Labs, the parent lab behind Sipp.

The site provides information about Sipp, including open-source runtime capabilities, demos, benchmarks, documentation links, and commercial platform information.

Documentation, examples, and marketing content may change as the project evolves. We may update, remove, or modify site content at any time.

Browser Demo

The demo is provided for evaluation and demonstration only. It runs small AI models in your browser and may download large model files after you start it.

AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. Do not rely on demo output for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or production decisions.

Open-Source Software

Sipp may link to or describe open-source software. Use of open-source repositories, packages, and examples is governed by the licenses and terms that apply to those materials, not by these website Terms alone.

Commercial Waitlist And Contact

Submitting interest through the commercial page, waitlist, or contact form does not guarantee access, pricing, availability, support, response timing, or any commercial relationship. Any commercial terms must be agreed separately in writing.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or compromise the site or its providers.
  • Do not use the site or demo to violate laws, infringe rights, or distribute malicious content.
  • Do not misrepresent your affiliation with Sipp or imply endorsement without permission.

Disclaimers

The site, demo, documentation, and related content are provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or security incidents arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date on this page shows when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
